Some car related, some Navi related.
BTW - You can touch the buttons and see what behind them. Just don't change anything unless you know exactly what you are doing (and I don't).

I am not certain. Maybe something to do with setting tire revolutions per mile?

This is what I think. Feel free to disagree....
The Nav compares the speed from the satellite and the car's speed sensor or ECU from time to time to calibrate itself. If there's a discrepancy between the speed sensor/ECU and the satellite, it will change the Tire Calibrate factor automatically.
This is useful when the Nav loses satellite signals and has to rely on the car's sensors, including the speed sensor, too keep track of the car's position accurately. Without calibration, the Nav won't be accurate whenever it loses satellite signal and if the car has larger or smaller overall tire diameter than stock.

tire calibrate is to calibrate different tpms sensors when new rims are added
Im quite sure you cant change any settings for the tire size

It did change the level from 10 to 2 when I pressed SET.
