Tight wheel locks

Has anyone ever encounter an over tightened wheel lock (I had this issue on a previous car but havent tried it on the 3G). It was so tight I had to take it to a mechanic to get the car serviced instead of doing it myself.Can you go to mechanic and have them loosen it?

I've never had that problem with wheel locks, but I imagine and mechanic can loosen it.

the last person to put it on must have airgunned the hell out of it ...
probs best for a mechanic to do it ... as it will be a lot easier for them compared to just using a regular wrench
