you can install the tein springs on your stock shocks no problem.
the general consensus is that it will wear out your OEM shocks quicker, that said...how many miles are on your shocks?

Well I bought the car used with 69,000 miles one owner..I've had the car for 2 and a half years now it currently has 82,000 miles..the shocks prob haven't been replaced before..but I rarely drive the car. Just to school and work and sometimes in the weekends. Question. Will my car have the same, worst or better ride quality?

Yes, you can use them with OE shocks. However, your shocks have some miles on them so it would be a good idea to replace them.
TOKICO HPs are a good chose for replacements. I'll give you the links (you can use the Accord V6 ones since they are cheaper and bolt up directly). You need 2 of each of the following:
http://store.excelerateperformance.c.../i-226761.aspx
http://store.excelerateperformance.c.../i-226762.aspx
And then we have the TEIN springs in stock if interested:

with those miles, as xlr8 said...i would replace the shocks.
i have aftermarket springs on my oem shocks, but mine only have 40k on them.
i'd do what xlr8 suggested and get the tokico shocks when you get the springs.
one install > multiple installs
good luck to you!

Looks like you have gotten your question answered, but i would get new shocks and upper mounts. i wish i would have then it becomes a bolt in bolt out install so if/when i put it back to stock i would have good OEM struts and springs to put back on.
