I thought I would just post that I swapped all 4 shock assemblies on my 06 TL with shocks from the 07 and the ride improvement is quite noticeable, even accounting for the fact that the old shocks were pretty worn. So for anyone who is tired of the dinka-dinka-clomp ride of the earlier TL's, I recommend you go for the 07 shocks. They are still plenty firm, but less impact harshness and seem to transmit less road rumble. FYI, I bought them from Carland Acura in Duluth, GA, about $400 for all 4 and it is almost 4 hours by book at a shop to install them (ouch!).

That's good if you're not interested in performance but don't forget Acura stiffened the swaybars on those models to help make up for the softer shocks.
