A-spec Suspension should i go aftermarket springs?

i have a-spec suspension on my 04 TL now and i was wondering if you guys here knew whether or not if i changed out my springs would that lower the car as stated on the websites of each respective company; tein eibach, H&r etc...
I only ask this because im sure that all the companies based these amounts of drops on the regular stock shocks.

So heres my questions should i first off lower my car with aftermarket springs with my aspec suspension that i have now.

and secondly does it lower it more because i have the aspec shocks.

thanks in advanced

You already have A-Spec so you've got a 3 on the 1-10 scale posted elsewhere. The A-Spec drop is minimal (only an inch I think) so are you asking because you are seeking a more aggressive drop? If so, how much more of a drop are you targeting? If it's significant (like another inch or so), you probably want to replace the A-Spec suspension with coil overs that are "designed" for the additional lowering or else you will wear out your A-Spec shocks in no time. You can always sell your A-Spec units on here in a used condition.

For a better drop, get the entire setup done otherwise the shocks will wear out much faster and the ride will be pretty stiff. Get the Tein SS, they are ajestable and lower the car a bit more. Also it adds a bit of sportniess if you want a better suspension. BTW, if you are ready to see ur a-specs, PM me

I may also be interested in your old A-Spec suspension (if the price is under $400).
