A-Spec suspension + 18inch wheels
I just called up my Acura dealership and asked for prices on the following:
A-Spec Suspension = $800
A-Spec 18inch gunmetal wheel = $420 each
Labor for install = $1,100!!!!!
Does this sound right? I realy want the A-spec suspension 1-1.5 drop, and i like the rims (although i could get better ones for 1680!!)
Any comments/opinion would really help. Thanks all.

Sound right for a dealership unfortunately. You can save a ton of $$ by purchasing through the links / forums on here and/or ebay...and either installing yourself or getting someone to do it locally.
Local dealerships here quoted me $695 and $800 just to install the a-spec suspension. A decent shop could do it in a few hours for less, say a body shop, performance shop, muffler place, etc.
Yesterday I got a quote for an 06 hyperblack a-spec rim of $550 each. They're selling the Yoko a-spec tires (which their chief master Acura mechanic who was standing there talking to me said SUCK...lol)..for like $900. So that would be $3100 just for tire and rim parts not even installed, ouch! I've seen those same rims on ebay from Acura dealers for $1500-1800 for 4 rims depending on color. Tires you're gonna wanna get good aftermarket ones anyhow, go to tirerack.com and read up on these forums on the endless "which tire is best for me" debate.
I paid $625 for the a-spec susp kit online and am doing it myself this weekend, and will take it into the dealership for an $80 alignment (which I can't do myself) afterwards, pretty easy installation.
It's typical for a dealer to quote $6-7k for an a-spec body kit, rims/tires, and suspension, all installed at time of sale.
You can piece it all together yourself via acurazine and internet know-how for $1000s less...welcome to the site! hehe

I recently installed the Comptech Rear Sway Bar (don't do the front one)...and the difference in body roll is HUGE...especially if you have an Automatic Transmission TL.
Makes the car feel 10x sportier in terms of handling than it was without it, definitely suggest putting this on in addition to the suspension.
For me I could care less how far the car is "lowered"...so the aspec susp. is fine for me compare to the aftermarket ones.

As with any aftermarket addons, it will affect ride and comfortability. 19's will fill the well better and and provide less sidewall. 18's will give an almost OEM ride, just a tad harsher (more sidewall height). Most folks have a different definition of comfortability and what can be comfortable for you may not be for someone else. On a personal note, I would prefer a 245/40-18 tire mounted on a 18 x 8.0/8.5 wheel.

Im definitely going to get the CT RSB. and the only reason i want the A-Spec is for more handaling purpose then anything. I would love to slam it 2inch drop all around, but this is a daily driver and i live in LA sooo i think the aspec would be perfect~a bit of sportness w/ a reasonable ride comfort (cant go wrong)
