Spacers on stock wheels (no drop)

I was wondering if anyone has added wheel spacers to stock wheels and without any drop? I would like to get a near flush look, but I'm not sure how it would look without my type-s lowered.
Here is what I'm looking for but at the stock ride height

Has anyone tried this? If so can say which size spacers were used and post pictures?

I don't see many people adding spacers without any drop. Why do you want to keep stock height? You could go with Steven Bells look maybe, which is spacers on waffles, but with H&R sport springs, which are a mild drop, but clean up that big front wheel gap. Tein H Tech springs would be comparable as well. Both of those options would keep you with a nice ride, and completely liveable daily drive height.

I just don't know if there is such a thing as a flush look at stock height.

Rancher, Joey-KJ is right. I've got 15's on the front and 20's on the back with OEM Type S wheels. I also have a mild drop with H&R Sports Springs.

If you would like to see them, please see My Garage, which can be accessed by clicking on the name of my car at the top of my signature.

I promise you-once you put spacers on, you'll want to drop it. The drop really completes the look.

Definitely go with spacers if you stick with OEM wheels. The offset is just too weak, and once you drop, they'll look sunken in if you don't add the spacers.

^^^ Exactly! I wasn't planning on spacers until I dropped my Type S. You're right-they're a "must have".

I've been doing the math and I think I am way off. Is it possible to get the stock rim to flush with spacers? From going through multiple threads about being flush with after market and factoring in that I have the 2006 stock 5 spoke +45 I come up with a huge spacer to put on to make flush in the rear.

Do the 15mm and 20mm spacers reach flush or just extend the wheels out far enough to not look sunken in?

I know this is an old thread but I am actually curious as well about adding spacers with no drop on my 07 Type S.

Im reluctant to mess around with the ride height because of some of the driving conditions I deal with.

I do, however, like the look of a widened stance. Anyone know of any members who have done this and have pics?
