SoCal ASPEC Installers?

Has anyone in SoCal had an ASPEC suspension kit installed, by dealers or other shops? What did you pay?

$100 is about right in SoCal.... there are so many damn install shops around there...

Now in the MidWest... that's another story .. $250-300 is more likely the average.

Pann AUto is near miramar in San Diego, CA. THey said they would even install my Tein SS for $100. Only downside is the shop is a little shady compared to Group 5 or some of the higher end shops, however I can deal with it, and I am getting my Tein S-tech springs and comptech rear sway bar installed there...

Thanks for the info. It's a little bit of a drive from here, but might be able to turn it into a day in SD.

Super VIP in Alhambra quoted me $95 to install my Tein Basic. I didn't know the quality of their work though. I'm going to install the c/o myself.

Let us know how the install goes. I'll probably get the RSB installed locally before the suspension. Tustin Acura quoted me $45 (over the phone) for the RSB install. If they stand by that quote, I'll have them install it when the TL goes in for it's next service.

Also let me know if Tusin Acura honor the quote. Do you plan to get the RSB from ebay?

Will do. And yes I do plan on getting it on ebay, through Acura of Escondido. There aren't any listings at the moment, though.

Very interesting. Tustin is the dealership that quoted me the $800 for the Aspec install.

They gave me some outrageous quote for the Aspec install, as well, so I'm not going to have it installed there. If they can still do the RSB for $45, though, they can have my business.

Where do you guys live? If you live close to each other and want to try tackling it yourselves, I can help.

I haven't installed swaybar on my car yet, but I've done suspension installs from springs, shocks, swaybar on my previous cars.

I just called to confirm the RSB install @ $45 and per Freddie, that is the price. I just ordered my RSB from A of E (Chush). Hopefully it will come in early next week. Plan on getting the RSB installed when I get my oil changed. Then get the rubber swapped with the Toyo Proxes 4's.

Thanks for the info. I just ordered by RSB from "acuralasvegas" $100 shipped, I am gonna see if I can get Cush Acura San Diego to match the $45 install price when I get my oil changed as well. Else Tustin is just on the way to LA.

Pann Auto could install the comptech RSB for around $45 or less, I think they said some where around $120 for my springs and the RSB installed on my 04 TL 5AT.
