Silver TL-s: Chrome or Polished ???

I am getting Zauber Gettin 18's. Would you go with Polished (with chrome lip), or chrome? I have a 2002 silver TL-s with a 1.25 drop. Thanks for your advice.

I'd go w/ polished (or silver w/ polished lip if available) especially w/ a silver car.

ValueTL (Mike) was in Japan for the last few days but he is now back and I placed my order yesterday. I got polished 18 Zauber Gettin with tires and wheel locks, mounted and balanced and shipped for 2600. He acknowledged that the prices went up a bit but he says its due to the currency exchange rate. Still, these prices are MUCH lower than the prices wheelexperts.com gave me (685 per wheel with everything extra). Mike as well as my friends are telling me that polished is the way to go on a silver car...i just wanted to hear your collective input.

Nice, be sure to post pics!!

What's the width and offset of the rims? What tires and what profile did you get?

Thanks!!

I've always thought chrome wheels look good only on dark colored cars... epecially black... that's about it... Silver? (like mine) go with polished.

i have a silver TL with chrome lowenhart br5's i like them both but i do have to agree that if one thing goes wrong or if a scratch happens the rims are harder to repair.

I was in a same dilemma before I bought my rims. I have SSM TL, too. Maybe you should check out my thread. I hope this might help on your decision.
Good Luck.

Silver or Chrome?? Input please!!

What about anthracite?

What do you think on anthracite, polished or chrome i cant decide, and i think ive seen one with rims on this site and they were gunmetal.
