ronjon wheels complaints?
i work as an assistant manager for a tire company, and i have heard that ronjon wheels have had really bad customer service..
anyone have any opinion on this? i was going to order the legend IIs, but i was wondering on how everyone here felt about it.
haha clearly the rumors that i've heard are wrong if so many AZiners have rjwheels... right?

Bad customer service from Rondy? Are you kidding? I won't even get into all of the positive things others have said about their experiences dealing with him, I'll simply state mine: The guy was great to deal with and delivered an awesome product.

I'm not sure where who your sources are but everything I've heard has been nothing but rave reviews from Ron and the rest of his crew for that matter. I own a set of his wheels (bought used from one of his customers) I will be soon buying 5 brand new wheels from him because that's how much I like his product and service.

Not sure where you're hearing this from, but Ron is top notch when I comes to customer service. When I ordered the Legends from him, he took the time to personally speak to me about the order. Seems like a stand-up guy to me and he has always been quick to respond to any and all issues that arise here at AcuraZine.

I ordered rims from him yesterday and he personally called me. Very nice on the phone, answered all my questions, and got my shipment out the same day! You have to realize, they have other things in their life, like family, wives, new projects, errands, etc. Sometimes they have to focus more on these. Also take into account all of the stuff he is working on. He is very busy, and still makes time to deal with customers. No problems here :thumbsup :

think your source is wrong, have not heard anything bad about RJ. i'm checking the black market everyday to see if anyone is selling either the inspyres or legends (lg) in 18's in the tri-state area. dont see any by july, going to order either of them directly with Ron. spoke to him several times, very pleasant and helpful with my questions.

the legends are a little to sensetive around the lugnut holes.... they chirp way to easily... mine got chirped by the installer. What should i do to have it fixed it doesnt have to be perfect just that its not as obvious and also that it doesnt get worse....

but since your wheel is already chipped a little, just find a local wheel repair shop, it should be pretty inexpensive.

YES YES group buy! I'm about to order some inspyres and would love to not have to pay 345 per rim for them. Somebody needs to get on it!! Also, I'm trying to get an idea about how much shipping is going to be (i live in NJ).

If you heard that bad review from Discount tire, thats just a case of the Big dog trying to keep the smaller business down in the hole. They wanted 45% off and expected us to warrant accidental pothole damage after replacements were purchased. I mean, We couldn't replace something caused by road hazards. So we mutually took each other off the accounts, and left it at that, they went and added some bad remarks as a low blow when they look our company up in their computers. Funny thing was the original customer who had the problem contacted us directly, and we took care of them in a fair manner, and they were totally satisfied in the end. We just decided to sell direct to offer the best DIRECT customer service, rather than having some dickheaded salesperson screw up the whole process. Anyway, if anybody hasn't received a reply back from us, I am sorry, but obviously there must be an email problem somewhere along the way. I know there was a major problem with customers who had yahoo accounts, it was all over the news and my website provider told me that every one is having issues with yahoo. pm's work here, emails work 95% of the time, or just call us and leave a message if we don't answer right away. I swear, customer service and quality products are my personally business philosophy, thats what I strive to provide, with all my heart. I really feel depressed when a customer isn't happy, my family tells me to try not to satisfy everyone, that it is impossible, i beg to differ and try my hardest.
As for the group buy, I would love to help everyone out, and I plan on eventually having a GB, but not right now, we have kept prices competitive and never raised prices in 4 years, even tho the price of production has increased over 25% easily. Just a tip, we usually have sales on existing models when new models are debuting, and new models always have a free shipping / free lug nuts sale when they are preordered.
