They're only 7.5" wide. They ain't gonna look right on the TL especially in an 18" wheel.

Car should've come stock 18 x 8.5 with a 255 tire, imho.

The spoke design

I agree with the width being a bit narrow. 8" is better.

as for the design, it's not bad, but I don't think that design flows with the car.

to each its own.

what many of the ppl here do is get 19s and a drop. 20s are heavy, and they give more of a speedometer error. going with 19s allow you more of a drop, and are cheaper

by looking at the two wheelfire links you posted,

the first link has "rockstarblack over", and this is what I found:

the second link has "ruffracing r280 mb", and here is r280:

are those the wheels?

20's will need a drop without a doubt. 19's and 20's will give you that full wheel look as long as it's dropped some.
How about some of these?

To post a pic you need to upload the pic from your computer to an image hosting service - I prefer Photobucket.com others use ImageShack. Once the Photo is uploaded, copy the ulrdestination (no spaces in the real thing) and paste that in your thread. Max size 800 x 600.

IMHO, you don't want 20's based on what you said. I wouldn't want to put a lot of long distance miles on 20's - too much risk of road damage and likely a harsher ride. 19's too, but to a lesser extent.

You can easily get a high style look with 19's AND you'll have a somewhat better ride, less weight, and little more rim protection from the tire section height.

Actually, that's just one way of doing it Bear.

The way that will benefit him the most is to:

1) go to the website where the picture is.
2) right-click on pic, select properties
3) copy the pic address
4) come back here
5) click reply
6) click on "insert image", which is the yellow box in the bottom row at the top of the reply message box that opened
7) paste the image address in the box that opens
8) close out, submit message once you see your picture in it
9) BAMM! There it is for you!

I know I gave you 9 steps, but that is because you didn't know anything. It goes hella faster in real time OP!!

Here, I did one using your first link you gave:

My recommendations are to NOT buy what everyone else is buying. Go your own way and you will have a unique set up. As for the first wheels, they are unique but also look like someone screwed up a design so for me ...no likey at all (maybe that is why they were so cheap?). The rock star also looks very odd with no tires and not mounted (but may actually look good once on a car). The Ruff's are a good, decent, inexpensive wheel.

What is you price range? Do you want to spend only $700 on your rims and don't care if you look like others on here? If so, the Private Netz could be a good option for you (like they were for me). Once you go above the $1K price tag for the rims alone you open up a lot more possibilities. If your willing or interested in "going crazy the 360's are probably the nicest set aside from a set of HRE's. Lots of people here will aiim you at Volks if your spending money but IMHO they are simply a lightweight wheel and that is what you are paying for in those. If you want big lips and VIP-style luxury then you will need to remove Volks from your choices.

there is a member selling his wheels that have the same design as those ruff racings: https://acurazine.com/forums/car-parts-sale-361/fs-19-rc2-wheels-2-5-lip-352816/

but they are 19s not 20s, and they need to be repaired/refinished.

Why would anyone want two different size wheels on a front wheel drive car ?
You can't rotate them from to rear anymore and it looks ridiculous. In my opinion, of course.
