Riding on 4 Donut's?!?!?!

I want to paint my factory rims but don't want to do the painting one at a time. I don't have a garage and I cant leave the car on stands so my question. Will I do any major damage to the vehicle by putting her on 4 donuts for 3 days? I might have to move the car 2 times during those days but it wouldn't be for more then 8 miles and no high speeds will be reached, 30 mph tops. What do you guys think I should do????

I think you should take some pics while riding on 4 donuts

Where are you getting 4 donuts from? My car only came with 1 lol

In all seriousness though I can't see it causing any problems.

I'd love to see pics of that TL on 4 donuts. That would be a real low rider......

People ride on them a lot further than you will be driving so I think you will be ok. Snap some photos when you do.

I am more worried about the road then theft. i will still put the locks on.

I have a few friends that will let me borrow their donuts. I will take pictures of her on 4 donuts. Now i just need to find the right color paint for my calipers.

+1 I would just do one at a time like he said. You'll be able to take your time that way also no rush if you did it one at a time.

you can only use the acura 6MT dounts on the front due to the Brembo brakes. the standard one will not fit over the calipers!

the brembo tl's got a different spare tire, it's a multi spoke one that works perfectly

I hate to be the party pooper here, but isnt the load capacity of donuts a lot less than that of the regular wheels? I'd expect just replacing one tire with a donut to be safe, but wouldn't replacing all four tires with donuts be a bit dangerous?

This is true. The spare is actually as big as the stock wheels, just skiny. It would look cool if you had all of those spares on the car. They kind of look like wftermarket wheels haha

+10000000.. that picture would be hilarious!.. I would reconsider painting them one at a time. The transition period might be a little strange but at least you'd still be rolling. If you did one at a time.. keep the stockies on the fronts at all times when driving.. so when you get to painting the front wheels you just trade out the painted wheel.
