rear miss-alligned: camber kit?

SO I have my rear tires that are shot with the inside chewed pretty bad.
The Goodyear dude suggests a camber kit to fix that as he says the Acura specs don't have room for adjustments?
How true is that?

Your camber is stock at 1 degree so if you dont rotate them or flip them they will wear out fast.

There is no camber adjustment in the front or rear for a tsx or tl. Gotta get aftermarket. You can still adjust the toe which normally wears out tires faster than camber.

well..i usually have asymmetric tires, so no much rotation u can do. Yes he was suggesting after market camber kit. So you cay camber isn't that bad on tire wear.

edit: plus I have no plan on dropping my car in the future.

The factory sets its -1 degree for perfomance. You shouldnt need a camber kit unless you lower it or plan to lower it. Just make sure your toe is correct and rotate/flip your tires.

When on the rack, get the specs as the toe will certaily chew up the tires. If toe is out you should feel a feathered edge on the tread, but camber will wear smoothly.

cool. I am putting new rear tires and doing an alignment. I'll ask them for a printout.

Yeah, I'd have to say the toe is out of whack. Had the same thing happen to me on my TL. Inside 1/4 of tread was prematurely worn to wear indicators. Had it aligned when I got the new set of tires, haven't had a problem since.
