Rear end fishtails when I hit a bump
So yeah everytime I hit a bump now my rear end starts fishtailing. Haven't made any changes to the car it used to feel very planted. I am thinking either the tires are worn out after 20k miles or the shocks are done. Any other options? I used to run excessive negative camber on these tires (-4.5), however I am at -2.8/-3 in the rear now. The shocks are Tein SS and have about 25k miles on them. I am going to probably pick up some new tires anyways next week since I need new ones and I will update the results.

Did you install an RSB? If so, what "setting"?

Your TOE is out of spec most likely... Get yourself an alignment and pay close attention to the TOE... make sure that it is neutralized (set to as close to 0 degrees as possible)... Also check if your sway bar links are attached...
This is what happened to me a few times... the car was so low for so long that the bracket that holds the end link to the sway bars snapped...

I have the progress RSB I believe it is on the firm setting. Here is a pic of my RSB

I have had the RSB for awhile though and never experienced this fishtailing until recently.

yea most probably the endlinks, I had the same exact effect on my car. Smallest bump in the road and I could feel the back end kind of shifting to the side. Changed the end links and all good. Progress sway bar on firm setting tends to eat those endlinks fast, I had to change mine 2 times in 2 years.

End Links are ~$20 bucks each. You'd need two.
Firm setting on the RSB will accentuate the issue you're having. ALthough, overall, I think the other comments/suggestions above are more likely the actual cause.

bearcat is correct. i had my drivers rear end link broken when i had someone install my coilovers for me.
went to the dealership to purchase a end link, they didn't have it in stock so they had to order it. it was about $16 bucks or so. i didn't know how to put it so i took it to a shop and they charged me 50. might have been too much but oh well.

Try $13.21ea at G1Parts.com. Plus they have free shipping over $20. Always check part numbers at the Honda dealers first. They are always cheaper for the same parts (if they apply to a Honda model). Here are the part numbers:
Right side 52320-SFY-J01
Left side 52325-SFY-J01
BTW: If your experiencing a loss of traction the rear, try simply rotating your tires. This can/will help rule out tire issues. Unless you have staggered rims or something silly like that.

yea I pay 27$ a piece (one for each side) for some moog ones. They lasted me about a year. The thing with these is you have to protect the thread on them from the elements. Or else you'll have a hard time changing them out if you need to. I had to cut my stock ones off, and the first set of the moog ones that went to shit. I did it in my garage both times.

Drifting
I would check your shocks. I had a blown right rear right before I got the HT-Spec coils and a simple manhole cover would send the car's rear end swaying if I drove over it at regular speed.

Just got back from the tire shop, new tires and an alignment and my problem is fixed no more fishtailing. Amazing how much of a difference the worn tires and out of spec toe made on how the car drives. I have confidence in my car again!
Oh and I checked the endlinks just to be sure and they are fine. Also adjusted the camber slightly so now its -1.5 front and -2.3/-2.5 rear. Before it was -3 in the rear.
