u should research each set and see what u like... prices are pretty standard... range from 600-1000+

Didnt u get the car from ur bro? Did u ask to see if he knows anywhere to get em/install?

you should just go with the HT spec coilovers from Heeltoe. Forget Tein.

are u lookin for huge drops and a firmer ride? the HT specs will take care of that. You also dnt have to mess with the spring rate to raise/lower car.. adjusting height and spring rate are independent, whereas the basics: u must lower the spring to lower the height of ur car. (therefore, messin w/ suspension travel which may = harsh ride)

but ive never been in a car w/ basics so I have nothing to say bout it lol sry

I got my Tein SS's from Marcus @ Heeltoe. As usual, quick delivery even though they are still in my basement waiting for it to warm up here.

its priced better than any Teins and you dont have to reuse your own top hats, thus making it easier to install. plus, you dont need to buy any extra shorter springs to go lower.

i am dropped on F&F Type 1s myself and i am very satisfied with them. lowering/raising them is the easiest thing to do.

Difference in prices and reusing tophats? That would justify them being better? You mustve not read marcus review of coilovers? I used teins quite a few times, but to each his own?

I suppose if price matters then forget Tein. I got the SS's with new hats and the type-s solid bushings so I won't be reusing my stock hats.

^ go to www.heeltoeauto.com and add the tein basic coilovers for the 3g TL and put it in your cart and your total with free shipping should end up coming to right around 700

the only way you can probably get it that much cheaper would be with a commercial account.
