Looks great, and have to agree 100% about the pinstripes.

They are OLD SCHOOL for Cadillacs and Buicks.

Any door/window trim, pinstripping, ect looks like shit IMO.

Anyway, very nice choice on wheels, Haven't seen them until now on a TL.

Thanks for the comments. Yeah I was already thinking about removing the pin stripe a year ago but never did it. I might do it this up coming weekend.

Yeah, these are a 35mm offset. It is sitting on stock suspension. I was thinking about getting an Eibach Pro Kit or Teins h-tech springs. And yes the pinstripe is coming off soon as I get a chance...like tomorrow.

I was asking the same question. @ Tirerack they are $125 and weigh less then most other tires by 2-4#. Reviews @ Tirerack are mixed?

I agree its kind of scary

I have less than 100 miles on the tires but I can tell you that they are super responsive and quiet. They hug and pivot the road with aggressiveness. The reason why I even considered these tires is because my close friend has a set on his 2005 BMW M3 with 20,000 miles on it and still has alot of rubber to burn. He was just checking out my wheels today and told me that he will buy another set of General Exclaim wheels from tirerack.com. Buythem while they are cheap, I'm sure they will go up in cost.

Maybe not to you but most TL, have that same look being that the window seal/insulation hinders the tint form 100% contact. I can live with it! Now I have seen some guys with the tint all the way up to the insulation but it's usually a crappy job or peeling.

Where did you have your tint done? I got mine tinted at Atlantic Shoreline in Virginia Beach, which if your familar with them they are top notch. They did not however tint the complete rear 1/4's. It looks like shit my nbp and sticks out like hell with 5% tint. I'm driving down this saturday to have them fix it or they will be removing all the tint and giving me a refund.

LLumar is making them redo the job to my specs or they will be giving me a full refund :o)

I took my center caps from the stock wheels. I shaved about 1/8 inch off with my Dremmel tool. I just bought some 2007 Center Caps off ebay for $25, it has the chrome Acura emblem.

I'm very familiar with them but not sure if they are top notch being that they just built that particuliar store about 6 months ago. I go to TNT due to the fact that they do great work and the fact that the have 2 installers working both sides at once. The problem with the installation is the insulation/seal has an funky 45 degree angle. That prevents the installer from making contact with his squeegy. Now they can wet the window and slide the tint up to the very top and pray that the sun will dry it to a contact finish. But most tint places will not gaurantee that it will not peel off if they install it that way.

Yeah the weight of the tires is a huge plus. Also the tork wheels weigh about 25lbs, which is another huge plus. That's almost 10-15 lbs difference from most chrome wheels and the avg tire in this size.

My Eibach Pro Kit should be here next week. Upgrading to the 2007 Acura Charcoal center caps as well. I will post pics after the installation of both.

hey those rims look great. i like the color difference. i had the black tork rims w the chrome lips.. I just picked up the general exclaims and i think they are great. i had a pair of kumho extas on it before. I was cleaning the car yesterday and i noticed that the tires were from the cech republic. i don't know if it means anything, i wasn't expecting to see it, thought it would say china or something. gave me a chuckle.

Pics With Eibach Pro Kit and Pin Stripe removed!

Here is the latest pics of my car with the Eibach Pro kit and pin stripe removed. I spent $20 and 7 hours to install the Eibach Pro Kit. The car seems to ride the same to me but looks alot better.

Hot looking rims, where did you get them from? And did you install the Eibach kit yourself or had a shop do it?

still out there nhousepro?

Tork Imagine's are def going on my WDP soon but had a few questions:

1. any problems with TPMS? looks like they're in there OK
2. are the Acura center caps a simple install?
3. when looking at these naked eye, do they seem more gunmetal or silver colored?

I've seen hyperblack wheels up close and was looking for more of a gunmetal color on my WDP but these are a dope set of feet for the price.

Nice look on you NBP! What do you do in the Navy?
