The coils in this group buy will be in at the end of March early April. And there is really no time left to think about buying these or not as I believe the deposit was due by Jan 31st, but Josh let a few more people in if you get your deposit to him by this Monday the 6th. IMO= In My Opinion

If you're looking for instant gratification and don't want to wait for them, then no, go with something else that's in stock and can ship asap. Just pick something you'll be happy with so you don't kick yourself in the ass for not waiting for something better.

I didn't say they are no comparison because I have never ridden on either setup. I'm only saying pick something you'll like because these are being offered at a lower price than you're ever going to see and if you go with BC or whatever brand you choose and you don't like them, you would be mad for not waiting for something really nice at an awesome price. Megans will probably be the closest in price to the one's in the group buy and most people that have them enjoy them. Megans drop about 3 inches maybe a little more, Teins don't have as much of a drop maybe a little over 2 inches. I'm not sure about BC coils because I have never really researched them.

U see I read an article that said that BC n Megan's are the same coilovers but the BCs are made with better welds ... Basically more attention to detail ...

This is the best I came up with as far a BC is concerned lowering wise. http://www.flushstance.com/bcracing-...s/details-faq/
Megans lower the car just as much. As far as quality I don't know which is better because I personally haven't looked into either because I never considered buying either one of those coilover setups. Check this link out abd Megans vs BC coilovers http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=1909654 I haven't read through the whole thread but being a member of NASIOC myself as I used to own a Subaru, most guys over there are pretty knowledgeable.

I'm not a huge coilover expert and was hoping some guys with more knowledge than I would chime in here. You can run a wide aggressive setup on any coilover system I believe. But if you have an extreme drop and set the damper too soft you are going to be more prone to rubbing/bottoming out when you hit a bump, if you don't roll your fenders or possibly pull them depending on how aggressive a setup you're going with. Most coilovers come with 12/8 spring rates which is like a street sport setup anything higher than that is meant for track use. Anything lower is geared more towards comfort and looks. So 12/8 is like the middle of the road for decent comfort and sportier handling.
