Well, its down to the wire. need some wheels. ive done every single thing possible but wheels.

i've been looking for months and months... and it all comes down to, i want ronjons. i like the hub bore, i know they wont rub or anything.. perfect offsets for the 3G TL.... and a great price

so... what do ya think?

i like the inspires too. the lines flow better imo and also the color brings out your car more.

 

I'm a legends fan, not so much the inspyres. Any other ideas you're playing around with?

 

i just realized, that my photoshop of the legends, the rims are slightly angled.... i wasnt paying attention

 

dude, i have probably thrown EVERY single rim around in my mind... from the pentas, t1s, xix x05, shines, sc3000, s22/s55.... ugh.. i probably know every single rim that fits on this car.....

but its something about the way the ronjons are designed. they literally, are engineered for our cars... perfect 64.1 hub bore.. the inspyre is the perfect width & offset to sit perfectly flush with the car, and not rub or anything... dont need rings, dont need spacers...

plus, they really are a great price

 

+1 on the Ron Jons, If I was in the market for a set of wheels for an Acura or Honda, they would be my first choice.

My vote goes to to the Legends, much more sporty, modern and fresh. For some reason the Inspyre makes me feel like I'm back in the 90's....

 

Go with the INSPYRES Allon but I would consider the gunmetal color he has now or even the Raven Blacks that I have. He has a pic of a WDP with the Raven Blacks and it looks pretty sick IMO.

Ronjons all the way for all the reasons you have stated! You going 19's or 20's?

 

Forgot to add.. that a darker color rim.. not neccessarily black but gunmetal type will flow real well with your new crabon fiber hood.

first one imo ~ i'm also thinking about picking up 19" ...well that is if i decide not to repair the A-spec rims

the 2nd set of rims (sorry can't keep track of all the names) really only look good on a TSX, the lines for the TL were matched perfectly for the A-spec rims, and the first pic is closest to that style imo...in fact looks better since the lines are sharper and stands out even more since your WDP.

 

Only thing I'd also do would be a 5-8mm spacer in the back.

 

I like both, but I think more people have the Inspyres as compared to the Legends. So, the Legends are a bit more exclusive.

personally i love the stock rims on the tl-s but if i was going to pick between those 2 choices i would deff go with inspires

 

I wouldnt choose either, but since those are the options.. I like the wheels in the second pic..

 

IMHO the INSPYREs look the best. Much sharper lines, stand out more and very crisp

the LEGENDs are more understated, unless your spending money on rims to fade into the back ground and let the rest of the car shine

RIGHT! JJaber, if i had to choose between the two i'd take the inspires. they are classic. if i had to choose a RJ wheel id pick the devotion type III

btw: the ride looks sick bro, evertything you.ve done looks right on dont mess it up by putting some ugly wheels on it! JK. just make sure you get the ones YOU REALLY like, or else you'll be spending more $$$ on a new set.

 

i know i know... its one of the hardest decisions i've ever made! last time i picked the first cheap pair i liked... now its like committing to a woman for the rest of my life!! its a touch decision
