Offset & general fitment questions

First, go easy, I'm a newb on here...

Here goes...
I currently have a 1995 Acura Legend coupe and with any luck I'll be getting an '02 TL-S sometime soon. I have a set of HRE 445s and want to know if they'll fit the TL. They're 18 x 8, +55 offset. Will this offset be too much? Will they rub?

Thanks in advance,
Matt

Another Louisiana member. By the way you spelled Louisiana wrong, but I'm sure you did that on purpose. I cannot answer your question, but we have many members that will be able to. Hopefully I'll be trading in my 2000 TL for a type-s soon as well. Good luck.

But of course.

I'd love to meet some fellow luxo/ricers down here.

It should fit just fine. What size tires are you running? Also, are the bolt pattern 5x114.3? +55 is the same offset as the stockers. I had 18x7 with +45, 225/40 tires and they didn't rub.

As long as the bolt pattern is 5x114.3, you are good to go. 235/40's should do well. 225's also
