Gotta go to a CBSA Office. Nearest one for me is beside Pearson. Honest to god I just avoid UPS like the plague. So far its usually just easier for me to ship it to CBI and pick it up, often because of free shipping in the upper 48 anyway

Well, after 12 years and 210K miles, both of my rear toe adjustment bolts finally seized.

New parts are on the way (control arms, bolts and lock nuts), but it's going to be interesting to see how I get the old arms off. I've been coating the bolts/sleeves in PB every day for a couple of days. I'll continue that into the weekend and then see if they'll break loose. If not, then it's heat, then sawzall

Hehe, it's ironic, I blame this on the SPC camber arms I installed because my alignment has been rock solid for 1.5 years since I installed the SPC arms. Before that, I was having to adjust the rear toe every 6 months or sooner.

Since I installed the SPC arms, those toe adjustment bolts haven't been touched for 1.5 years and they seized on me Oh well, those arms/bolts were due to be replaced anyhow and the parts are not expensive: $173 shipped.

Did the PB work

Hint for sawzall - Leave a nub to squeeze a pair if vice grips onto to actually remove the nut

I'll see if I can find a pic and mark where I made my cuts.

You'll want to place the sawzall just off the side of the "lip" of the bushing and cut through there, in order to leave enough room for vice grips. The cuts will be inside of the brackets that hold them in. You'll be cutting the bolt and the metal bushing, two cuts per arm, I used a new blade on each cut.

Try to keep composure as sparks fly onto your gas tank

^ Yeah, that's pretty much what I came up with after spending a long time laying on my back looking at the damn thing

I haven't been back under yet to give it another try after the PB. Will probably get to it this weekend. Thanks for the info
