New tires: Kumho Ecsta SPT or Nitto NeoGen's?

Hey guys I stuck between these two tires Kumho Ecsta SPT or Nitto NeoGen's. The Ecsta's will be $600 shipped and the Nitto's will be $640. I think its a really good deal for both, and the Nitto's are supposedbly made for lowered cars because of the solid sidewall that promotes even wear. Both are 245/35-19's

Impressions?

I plan on getting the Nitto Gen's for my next replacement of tires. I hear they are great like you mentioned for one lower car's for the fact of they are made more for cambered cars. I know someone who has the Nitto's on there car and loves them.

Thanks the type of answers I like. I've read alot about the kumho on here and not so much on the neogens. And both are perfectly rated on all tire sites.

Yeah I haven't read to much on here bout the neogens, but everyone I talk to that has them loves them and I haven't heard a negative thing about them ever. And damn for that price of the neogens I would definately get them.

So is $160/tire a good price for the 245/35-19 Noegens? Seems pretty good.

Ok, I went with the Nitto NeoGens. Got them through Discount Tire's Ebay Outlet for $640+$40 for the warranty on all four tires for 4 years......covers everything except vandalism! Free replacement no questions asked! Shipping is also free from them, ships from AZ.

The number for the outlet is 888-459-4081, Ty at ext 1880 helped me out and actually cut the price below what they had them on ebay for.

Price in the store was:
$209/tire = $836+64.79(tax)+$60(install)+$96(warranty)=$1056 ugh

Price through Outlet:
$160/tire = $640+$0(tax)+$60(install)+$40(warranty)=$740 yeah!

So thats a $316 savings, and all the benefits of using Discount Tire like free rotation/nail fix/etc.

But doesn't the price in the store usually include install? While the other method requires you to go out and pay someone to mount and balance them for you? I am just curious because every tire I have ever purchased from discount tire at their store always included the install.

But still even if the install was free it still works out better for you financially to go the outlet route. Sorry I just did the math.

When I went into the store the guy pulled them up on the computer and told me $209 per tire for the Neogens + $12.99 to install + $7 discard fee per tire.(These were all seperate charges) I'm sure I could have bartered but at that point I was too excited to get them for that much cheaper through there outlet.

So if I went in there and asked for the price of the Neogens installed and didn't want the break down they would have told me $229/per. Say he was yanking my chain its still a $250 savings if you want to put it that way.
