Need new front brake pads for 08 TL type S
I have a 08 TL-S in a manual, My front brake pads needs to be replaced, anybody out there used anything else besides the oem brembo/honda front pads? I saw someone with a TL-S replaced the oem ones with ceramics ones. Dealership wants 206 for the front pads, I found Oem ones on ebay for 150. I like the oem pads, i think its smooth,quiet and works well, but my wheels get really dusty fast

It's the EXACT same question that's been posted hundreds of times before. 4 times in the past week.
It goes like this:
Princelybug says if you use the stock rotors, use the stock pads.
I say +1 and recommend EBC Red pads or Duralast C-max golds for a lower dust option.
Several others talk about stock being the best but dusting a lot.
OP asks how much the C-max pads cost.
End of thread.

. However, it took nearly 2000 miles before they stopped squeeling.....
