Need a little help with lowering...

I'm in need of a little help.. i have an 04 tl.. love it as my daily . I bought rims n coilovers less then a month of owning it.. my wheels are staggered 19x8 up front and 19x9.5 in her rear. I've got truhart ride height adjustables.. i put it low

I love the fitment all the around but sadly it's too low... i pulled n rolled my front fenders to be able to turn but still rubs and the rear ate up my tires in 3 wks that is clearly from rubbing but I couldn't see where on the rear... so I was wondering if anybody else has theirs slammed on this similar setup and knows what to do??? Because I don't want to raise it up but I'm thinking that's my only option cuz tires are cheap unless you have a tire tree or something like that.. But I just like some feed back or opinions or advice. Thanks in advance

Is that wear on the inside of the tire?

Post a copy of your alignment sheet. I'm gonna bet your rear camber and toe are way out of spec...

I'm probably going to hear it but I didn't do an alignment after I lower it.. i did the install myself and u didn't touch anything but the sway bar links... i kno it's the wrong answer.. but It doesn't pull hard to either side or anything lik that.. all I noticed was the rear tires wore out on the inside and the rubber flakes all in the wheels

Get it aligned. They probably won't be able to get the camber "in spec" and you'll find that you'll need a camber kit. Go with the SPC arms.

In the mean time, you'll keep shredding tires...

You for sure need an alignment but with your car sitting on the ground like you will still eat tires like crazy . Good luck finding a shop that get get your car on the alignment machine.

any time you lower or raise the car; you need an alignment.

I'll do the alignment..... i put my 19x8s on the rear n my stocks up front n haven't had an issues. Is it just the fitment of wider wheels that throw off the alignment on top of lowering the car?... i dont have this problem on my civic ... wondering what all comes in to play to cause this

^please research "Suspension geometry"

when you lower; you change the suspension geometry.
the car has natural negative rear camber.
when you lower it; the geometry changes and pushes your wheels out even more. this is called negative camber.

you need to do a lot of research as it seems you're lost on basic functions of car suspension.

since you did lower; you changed A LOT OF THINGS that are going on under the wheels.
Acura engineers spent a lot of time perfecting the perfect geometry and camber and toe.

you need an alignment to get everything back to stock specs

Forgot to mention:

I'd pay a little extra and get a lifetime alignment deal...

With how low you are, you may be rubbing on suspension components. Even after an alignment you'll most likely go through tires very quickly.

I wouldn't say I'm lost on the basic concepts of suspension... i don't know whether it's camber wear or from rubbing on something in the inner wheel well... the wheel well on the tl is big but not very deep. But thanks fellas for your input and feed back.. something I was thinking to do was roll the rears alil bit more and then add a spacer if it is rubbing.

You would know if it was rubbing on the inner wheel well. The tire rub would be readily visible, not to mention audible....
