Is Anybody Else Having A Problem With Their Seat???

I have an 06 TL and my drivers side seat wont stay in the set position. I like my seat raised up fairly high vertically, but as I drive my car I can feel it lowering... its not an abrupt drop but I can definitely tell. After a couple of days the seat is completely down. The car is CPO and i've only had it for 2 months so I'll be calling Monday morning for a service appointment.

Im just curious if Im the only one that has this problem.

I recall seeing a thread about seat memory not holding but can't remember the name. Check to see if there is a TSB out on this. I haven't needed to see the tsb so I don't know if there is one though.

I have an 06 too and it's doing the same thing. After about a week or so, I notice that the seat does return to the position, but is slightly dropped from it's original height. I like to sit high as well, so I notice the slight drop everytime. It's not as bad as yours, but it's getting annoying! Mine doesn't lower while driving, but whenever I set position 1, it doesn't raise up all the way as the preset memory.

Yeah I can slowly feel it going down for a second or so, and then gradually over a couple of days its completely down again... I dont think its a problem with the memory because it goes where it should it just lowers over time, I belive it might be something with the motor. Im setting an appointment as we speak.
