Alignment yesterday, tires are at 5/32. The shocks are my stock ones with 66,000 miles on them. When you hit a bump it hits hard. I am on the stock wheels right now but not for long another set of wheels I am picking up this week. Its jsut you hit a bump and its like bam hard as mess

5/32 tread depth is hardly overdue for replacement, but that doesn't rule out the possibility that you may have a shifted belt somewhere.
At 66k, your shocks have lost a lot of their dampening ability, not to mention they're not designed to be paired with H&R Race springs, even brand new.

You need an aftermarket shock most likely, stock shocks are not valved to handle springs of that rate.
Also did you cut the bump stops when you installed the springs?

I believe the bump stops needed to be cut for the H&R Race springs, double check your installation guide, its possible you are just constantly hitting the stops and not getting full compression from your shocks.

OOOOOH
Why did you put H&R Race springs with stock struts to begin with? Someone didn't do their research...
Well your problem obviously isn't from being over-damped (lol) so you're basically wanting a lower spring rate than what the H&R Race offers. The solution is to get softer springs.
If you're sticking with them, pair them with capable aftermarket struts that can handle the lower ride height and stiffer spring rates. Your ride will still be very firm though...

Did you search?
Did you check the spring rates for the springs relative to ride quality? Do you even know what this means/why its important?
Did you research cutting the bumpstops?
Have you searched reviews of alternative shock setups on H&Rs?
Did you check the FAQ in which MULTIPLE suspension threads will provide great information on this?
I'm guessing that's NO, NO, NO, NO, and NO. I purchased my coilovers 3 weeks ago after EXHAUSTIVE search on this forum and many others. There's a plethora of information here, no one's really going to help you when there's a f*ckton of information already available.
