Lowering spring

I think H&R race springs are the lowest but the ride quality isn't all that great. Most people seem to go with Tein Stechs or H&R Sport since they give a moderate drop and still retain good ride quality.

its pretty simple to look at the advertised specs to see which ones are the lowest...

I've got the H&R Sports Springs on my Type S and like them a lot.

Since you wanted the lowest drop possible you probably don't care too much about ride quality, but for what it's worth I had new H&R sports for a few weeks until I couldn't deal with the shitty ride anymore. Back to stock and a lot happier!! :-)

^i think you're an isolated incident. i know plenty of people with those springs and OEM shocks and they have no complaints.

I had the same H&R on my 03 Accord and agree the ride is awful. Changed them out for T-Techs and it was 10x better.
I think the biggest drop for our cars is the Megan Racing kit for the 03-07 Accord V6 Sedan.
