Lowered and vibrating at highways speeds?

So i just lowered my car on form and function type 1 coilovers this week the first two days i had no problems with the ride at any speeds. This morning I changed the wheels and lowered the car just a bit 1/2in the front. The car rides fine at low speeds but slightly vibrates at 50mph or more does anyone have an idea what could be the cause?

Have you had it aligned yet? Also might re-check the nuts and ensure they're torqued to proper spec, could've loosened up a bit ?

My car was a little slippery after lowering it, sort of got slippery if I went over a man-hole or the little white reflective dots inbetween lanes. I had it aligned and the problem is gone now.

Rattled a little too, its perfectly fine now though after having it aligned.

The tires are good no bends and they were properly balanced, I did get my alignment done this morning before I started to feel any shaking so it might just be the lug nuts not sure

Is the vibration felt in the steering wheel or the seat?

If it didn't vibrate before putting the wheels on then its a wheel.. Just because it was balanced .. doesn't mean it was balanced right.

It only vibrates at the wheel, the wheels have 10k miles on them and never had any problems with them. I think the problem was I used aftermarket wheel locks on the oem lugs and that threw off the balance just slightly

Lug nuts are too close to the center to throw it off balance ... did you use 1 nut per wheel? Also did you check to see of the lug nut seat is correct for the wheel.

If you think its the nut ... change the nut to oem.

Not the thread I'm concerned with .. OEM uses a ball or spherical seat where aftermarket uses a conical seat .. make sure the lock nut has the right seat.
