Lowered car now clunking

Hey guys,
Just lowered my 04 TL With Tein H-specs on stockies and now it's clunking like crazy in the front and a little in the rear and I mean over the slightest bump. I've gone over everything twice and even had it 4 wheel aligned.
The tech said he didn't notice anything loose or obvious.
From others that have posted they mention the Endlinks but it sounds to me like the top plate but who knows. I don't want to start buying stuff left and right Just lookind for some advise where and on what to start with?
Thanks Folks for looking and responding

sounds like you possibly re assembled the top part of your assembly wrong. Did you pay attention to how it came off and put it back accordingly? And if so are you certain? Everything nice and tight? tighten the strut bar up front nice and tight as well?

hope that helps give you some ideas

I've tried tightening everything including the strut tops.
When i took them appart all I did was clean the parts and rebolted springs on I re-did all in reverse order. when I rock the car by hand I don't hear anything.
Thanks for your inputs

the struts cant be put together correctly. You shouldnt hear any clunking if it was put back together right. It sounds like the rubber bushings or washers are missing.

I didn't have any extra parts left over to have something missing. As to say I put it together wrong it would pretty hard to have but not impossible.
Thanks

I had a clunk after lowering too. It was in the back, on the right side. I had it for almost a year, but since I changed out my sway bar endlinks, the clunk is not there any more. So I don't know if it was the endlinks that were making noise or something else that was affected by it

9/10 times this problem is associated with the ENDLINKS. change or tighten them! they may seem tight to you but the slightest "looseness" will cause that sway bar to move around when it encounters any road imperfection.

Lowered car now clunking

Hey guys,
Thanks much for the info, I took it all apart again and put it all back and did'nt see any diff or wrong, As for the rear links one is need of change but thats the least of my prob,
I want to order some KYB GR-2's for the front as I did grab the shock and noticed a slight clunk in the shock when I did it by hand going up and then down and vise versa, The shock does what it's suppose to do as far as going up when push down but but thats the only thing I've noticed. I checked ball joints and links and all seem to be tight. could the noise be traveling to the top posts?
