Many 18 & 19' wheels accept TPMS sensors. There are also the 'strap on' type that will fit any wheel, but some guys hate them. The size of the wheels is no issue whatsoever. Do a search, there's tons of discussion on TPMS in here!

Search for my posts, I've broken it down pretty well. TPMS is a non issue.

As for your other question... define bigger. As in diameter? As in an 18" front and a 20" rear. That's a very bad idea, looks and ABS wise.
If you want to run "staggered", as in the rear is WIDER in the rear, you can do that (TPMS is unaffected)... although my opinion if staggered is it's only for RWD cars.

I don't profess "facts" - as facts are philosophically related to "truths".
I profess EXPERIENCE(s)... something you belittle and have little value for.
That's OK though, I trust myself and my own ability . Experience build confidence and competence... something your posts seem to lack...

...i drove with the light on for almost a year when i got rims, then finally decided to buy some tpms to install it since i was switching tires anyways
and to tell you the truth, its a damn good feeling when you dont hear the "ding" anymore
also i run wider tires in the back, its fine, there is no abs light
