Looked everywhere....I need pics of gunmetal rims (stock) on NBP

I am not one to be a total newb and not search, but I feel like I have exhausted all resources here.

Does anyone have pictures of gunmetal painted stock rims on a NBP TL? I would love to see them before I go duplicolor all over my stocks.

Thanks in advance.

There's 1 6MT in the "How to paint your wheels" thread. Has 04-05 wheels.

Not on the car but "Sharksbreath" sold his stockies and painted them gunmetal for the customer. Check out his progress thread near the last few pages, he posted how they came out. (His thread is in the Photograph Gallery)

Im sure it will look better than the stock light silver wheels, just do it. Powdercoating is always better though

Duplicolor Graphite

Yup, Sharksbreath sold 'em to me. They were originally painted gold but I asked him to repaint them Duplicolor Graphite as part of the deal.

I've always been a fan of the '04-06 Base stock wheels and an even bigger fan of the gunmetal color. I have an ASM '08 Type S with the gunmetal Type S rims and I absolutely love them. These painted base stocks are going to be my winter set so I have not had a chance to see how it all looks mounted. I remember seeing a member on here that had it painted similarly but had the Acura cover in the middle outlined in red, looked pretty good. I think it was an Anthracite colored TL. It shows in his profile pic, sadly I can not remember his username.

In any case, graphite is slightly different from gunmetal. Graphite has a dark metallic green/blue effect whereas gunmetal has a dark bronze kind of effect. If you are looking for a match for gunmetal, it's not duplicolor graphite. But graphite still looks good in my opinion and should look pretty good on NBP.

hey thanks for the pics, i think graphite is somewhat what i was looking for, except maybe a little darker.. i dont want black rims, i've seen a million pics of black stockies on NBP and i dont like it.. but not too many with gunmetal stockies.. i think the "murdered out" theme is too overrated and in my area, will draw too much attention from the wrong people and cops.. but if i dont find that color i'll probably be leaning more towards graphite thanks to these pics.. and btw for those telling me to search, how do you think i came across this 1yr old thread and revived it.. just saying
