just got the tires installed on rim...

went to costco for the tires but they wouldnt install the aftermarket wheels. its 18x8 38mm offset. can I just straight mount it on?

You meant installing the wheels to the car or mounting the tires to the wheels?

Putting the wheels to the car should be a simple remove-install procedure. Mounting the tires to the wheels has to be handled by a professional.

I have 18x8 42 mm offset. I did install them myself. You should not have any problem installing them.
See sticky fitment guide for wheel, tire and offset.
