Jacks

When lifting up the TL to change just one wheel, is it ok to use the jack that came with the car?
Would using an 2004 Altima's stock jack be ok?

All scissor jacks, like the one that comes with the TL and other cars should be the same right? The jack points behind the front tires and in front of the rear tires on all cars are the same?
