anyone recommend of any shops in the dc/md/va area that i can get my wheels studs installed?

 

Dude, save yourself the money and do it yourself. It takes less than an hour to do the two front wheels. It'll only cost you no more than $10-15 for the studs and hammer. You're looking at $90+ if you're going to any shop.
