Humming noise from left front wheel
Hi,
Before posting i did some research on the forums and didn't find a solid answer to my problem. i hope you guys have some suggestions.
My 05 TL has 100k and a year ago i replaced the brake rotors and brake pads with some brakemotive brand but since day one i didnt like them that much because when heating too much caused an annoying vibration and deep sound but i didnt paid to much attention because they looked good, But two weeks ago i noticed a humming sound coming from the front left wheel but only happens when i have driven for 20 minutes or so. at highway speeds is barely noticeable but when im about to stop completely is when is louder hum- hum-hum sound (not continuous). next morning is gone for the first minutes and its back after. i dont think is one of the wheel bearing because the noise is not constant. the tires dont have bald spots and thread life is about half. transmission is shifting good, no delay or hesitation. the only thing and last i think is the problem is the brake rotor that is somehow making this noise when gets at operating temperature. what do you guys think? appreciate your input.

I have a similar situation going on with my TL. I've been doing research for the last week but haven't been able to find much other than needing to replace the wheel bearings. Have you been able to find any more information?
