How many with the Comptech springs on your '04TL?

How do you like them, what is the ride like compared to stock? Thanks (p.s. already searched and read related threads, no flaming please).

I thought you had been unhappy with the ride the Comptechs provided on your last TL? I noticed on autocarparts.com that Tein has a couple of new springs out. One set provides a 1.5 drop and the other one is a "Luxury Master" spring that is supposed to maintain ride quality while providing a .6/.7 drop. Just some other options to consider.

I think I may be a guinea pig for the Tein lux master springs......I will probably order them when my rear sway is installed.

I am happy with my Comptechs...however, my friend is the top Tein dealer in my area, and most of my friends have Tein set-ups from the full systems with EDFC to just springs. I am a big fan of the Tein, though they tend to be a little soft for true performance cars. That being said, those who have them in semi-lux cars (G35, IS300, etc) like them and the ride they provide.

As for price, comptechs were a little over $200, a Tein basic setup is about $700, and Tein Springs are just about $200.

Peter, thinking about getting them? Where would you get them installed? I've called pretty much all the local dealerships and they say about $500-$600 just to install them!

I have comptechs and i am very happy with the ride quality and looks. I am sitting on 19" ronjon Inspyres which really put the icing on the cake.
