I did a search. "SSR" isn't a valid keyword though.

Thanks guys! They don't look bad at all. I don't really want to go up in size, and I think the anthracite ones would look better with my anthracite TL.

Are they lighter than the OEM rims? Can you get them for less than $400 each?

I've heard SSR wheels crack under stress. Here is one of them:

I was considering SSR Type C (Competition), but after hearing this, I think I'd probably buy Volk TE/LE37T. Of just buy regular cast wheels.

it all depends on how you will be using the wheels. if you will be racing it with very low profile tires, there is always a chane of cracking any wheel. if you are just using it on the streets with a decent set of tires, then you will be fine.

The SSRs are just fine. They are some of the best rims out there.
ANY rim can crack.

I mainly want them to differentiate my car from all of the other 3rd Gen TLs around here. There are tons of them now and most are Anthracite like mine.

I am wanting something that's not too shiny and looks clean within the flow of the car's lines. And, I am wanting to stay with 17x8. Also, I'm not really wanting to spend much over $1600 for four rims.

Thanks for the help!

you can get 18" set at that price range from wheelstudio.com. that price is mounted and shipped with tires.

Try these, these wheels are also made by SSR ,19x8 SSR Sovereigns. The ride belongs to AZ member names Vtechump. I know they are totally different compared to the above mentioned ssr wheels but i think these really compliment the TL very well.
