Shrapnel

Hi, like most people in the northern areas, I'm looking for winter tires soon. I came across a cheaper brand called Hercules Avalanche X-treme. Has anyone heard anything about this brand or even tried them out. Any feedback would be appreciated, as it seems to be a fairly new tire no the market.
