If the tires exhibited a wear pattern, it's possible that noise could be heard after rotating. Rub your hand across the tread back and forth to see if any featering or uneven wear.

Your choices are:
1) live with the noise,
2) rotate the tires to their original position,
3) get the front tires shaved [this may be more $ than it is worth] and hope it was just tread feathering causing the added road noise, or
4) get new front tires.

check your alignment. good chance your rear camber is out and will probally need adjustable camber arms. I am a service advisor at my acura dealership and see this alot

Chances are the toe is out and the tires are feathered slightly, therefore the noise. Camber wear usually won't cause the noise as the tires are worn down on one side, but smooth tread still exists. This is the reason I wanted the OP to run his hand acorss the tread to check wear pattern.

I agree with you. I see alot of bf goodrich g-force a/s tires on TL's and the camber gets out of spec on the rear and the tires chop real bad
