Get the Type-S springs. H&R part number 50106.
http://www.google.com/search?q=H%26R...l735l0.4.1l5l0
The other spring (50104??) will "fit", but that don't make 'em the right ones for your car.
If you're looking used, keep an eye out in the Black Market - https://acurazine.com/forums/marketplace/parts/search/.
Someone just sold a set a few days ago - https://acurazine.com/forums/car-parts-sale-361/fs-h-r-sport-springs-845261/

There's a thread around here (more than 1 actually) called something like "What Are You Fellas/Guys Dropped On" that has some pics of various suspension choices.
Edit:
This is one: https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-tires-wheels-suspension-97/what-u-fellas-dropped-840306/
Here's another: https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-tires-wheels-suspension-97/springs-843012/

I have the 50104 springs on type s struts on my type s. The reason I went through with the purchase (bought used on black market) was per a conversation I had with Marcus @ Heeltoeauto and it was reassuring enough for me to go ahead with the purchase.
I believe they are same springs different packaging and the spring rates may be a touch different if none at all.
I have had no problems at all, if that helps you any.
If I had to do it all over again I would have went coils the first time for sure.
The heeltoeauto coils that were formally F&F the Type I's
Just my .02

Yup I really don't wanna pull the back seat out again although its not that bad. But I sure do want another .75 inch of drop.
Although the ride on springs is quite nice don't get me wrong.

Nemo, I've got H&R's on my Type S and love the stance. And-you don't need coilovers on a Type S. The Type S ride is already stiff enough, in my opinion. The Sports Springs are the perfect combination between great looks and a great price.
