Hey does anyone know the color code for gunmetal rimms on a 2007 stype tl

Try using anthracite metallic. I just touched up my type s rims with it and it is almost a perfect match.

 

Apparently the TL-S came with 2 different color on the wheels because I already tried the anthracite metallic on my wheels and it's totally different color. Anthracite metallic color is more darker than the color of my wheels.

 

^same here...i'd like to know if anyone has any other ideas. i have a minor scratch on one of my type-s wheels that i'd like to touch up.

I have been through this before, there is no color code from Acura for the wheels. The only one that comes close, actually pretty darn close, is the GM Light gunmetal color used for the C5 Corvette Z06 stock wheels. Color code is B8729K



Here is what it looks like, looks sort of matte which should be fine if a few extra clear coats are applied.






Do not use Acura's Anthracite as it is way too dark compared to the A spec gunmetal and also has metal flakes added to the paint, if you look closely at your A spec or type S wheels you'd notice that the paint is flat and doesn't have any sparkle/metal flakes added to it.

 

I got some pretty bad curb rash on my 18" A-Spec wheels on my 2004 Anthracite TL. I am also looking for a good match color code to touch them up until I can get the either replaced or repainted. Is that GM color the one I should get?
