Going from 245/35ZR19 to 235/35/19. Problems?

Hello guys, I am going to need new tires soon and found a good deal on a set of tires in the black market.. Only thing is that my tire size right now is different from the one he is selling. Right now my tires are scrapping because my car is so low lol .. wil having the thinner tire help that? And will there be any negative effects with running these tires?

Going from 245/35ZR19 to 235/35/19

Thanks!

i ahd the same issue of rubbing..but up front and i had 245/35 and i went with 225/35 on an 19x8.5 and all issues were solved...i know for sure 225/35 will solve the issue but im not 100% positive will 235 will be enough to stop rubbing
and your wheels being 19x8 it wont even be much of a stretch seeing on 8.5 it wasnt bad at all

I had rubbing issues with my first set (19x8 +30) and I had 245's but a lot of the guys running 235's weren't rubbing.

Thinner tire will help with the rubbing issue and it won't be a drastic difference either as 235 will work efficiently enough with an 8" width.

What size are your rims?

I rolled my fenders and they Hardly rub now. So, with these tires I hope the rubbing will go away all together..
