going with 20's... need advice in hours!!

going with 20's... need advice in hours!!

hey guys my friend has some rims that is 114.3 x 5 bolt pattern, 38 off set, and 20" x 8.5"

would it work on my 04 WDP 6mt without me having to mess with any suspension work?!! he's giving them to me for 500 bucks... i need to know though... please help me out... I want to be pimpin by tomorrow lol
he's leaving tommorow morning so i need to know tonight.. thanks guys

Don't know the exact answer, but some advice that I could give you is this: just install one rim up front, and then turn the wheel to the extremes of its turning range. If it rubs, then it's no good, if it doesn't, you know you're possibly safe. Also, if the overall/outside diameter of the new rim w/ the tire on is not that much different that your OEM rim/tire combo, then you're also good. The 8.5" width is no problem, that's what my A-spec rims are. Don't know about the offset though.

Well, buy them for $500, if they don't fit, you could probably sell them and make money...

well rubbing is the least of your worries since 70% of rims out their wont fit over our 6MT brembos

the brembos caliper sticks out too far and won't clear most wheel setups...

so would a wheel 19x8.5 +25 work on the front?

I need to know that information too... I was thinking of getting 19X8 215/35/19 on my 6MT... Is this a big mistake? The salesman was really trying to push the 17s on me. I couldn't understand it. Considering the 19s cost more.

25 is too low, it will stick out

dont get 215/35/19 on a 8inch rim at least a 225 or 235 is best
