Function and Forum Type 1's
Just wondering if anyone has gone with these coil-overs on their 3rd gen and if they like them. Found a set for a decent price but don't want to get them if they're no good. Any input is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Some people haven't had any issues but a few strongly advise against buying them. I personally know someone who had to replace one of the shocks just a month or two after installing a set. Also, compared to the Type 2s, you have no damping (stiffness) adjustment.
I would spend my money elsewhere
