My good friend just bought a 08 type s and is looking at these wheels.. can anyone tell me if they will fit and clear bbk if not what will it take and fender mods if needed Please help
Wheel: Avid av-10 19x8.5 +20 offset






Also If they will fit.. what size tires should he run to be able to tuck tire without rubbing issues

19x8.5 +20 will fit the TL-S, and will clear brembos up front.

if he is lowered, he'll need to roll fenders and dial in a little negative camber for them to fit properly and not rub. as for tires, i would run a 225/35/19 all the way around. he could run a 235/35/19 tire as well, but IMO that would be too much rubber on those wheels and he wouldn't be able to pull off "the look" as well.

^ This. I would stick with the 225 tires though. I had 235's on my last setup and was +23 and I would rub up front some. I was close to being lowered about 2" at the time and no front camber kit, only natural camber from lowering.

He is getting s smoken deal on these im pretty sure he said 95 dollars a wheel.. to good to pass up....

I'm sorry but can you tell where your buddy bought these wheels for $95 each? I'm puttin these on my 03 tl
