Those are actually the BR5's and do come in 19's. Sybratic one in TL gallery has them, not sure if he has 18s or 19s though

19's would fit our car perfect but i dont think its for everyday driving.... ballxnxparly had some 19 LD'1 on his car for a day and bent them on a tiny pot hole..

This is just my opinion Crazy Acura:

If your car is an everyday driver, and the streets in your city are not very good, and you like to drive (not 20mph everywhere), 19's are scary for our cars. With a 35 series tire, they are way too easy to bend! Have you seen a 19x8 with a 235/35/19 in person? There's barely any tire between the wheel and the pavement. Especially in the front (more weight sets directly on the wheels/tires).

I wanted 19's so bad when I was shopping. I went to The Max to get some opinions. This is THE BEST performance shop here in San Antonio. They do the S.A. Spurs vehicles. Always Benzes and Escalades and Jags in their parking lot. I got the opinion of just about every one of their staff on the size of wheel to go with. Basically, they all told me the same thing. Considering the price of the set of wheels you are buying, unless you are made of money (or play for the Spurs ), don't go with 19's. The are very prone to bending with only a 35 series tire. That's no matter what brand you go with. If you got the money to buy a few extra wheels/tires just for that instance, more power to you. But for those of us that are not in the NBA, it's better to be safe than sorry.

Then again, if you wanna take the chance, more power to you. Just don't drive too fast.

good point... Im gonna stick to 18s......

OK i have a dumb question... but when you say 235/35/19.... i know the 35 is offset, and 19 is the size of rim, but what is 235? The size of the side of the tire? SO would a 225 tire we a thiner tire or bigger?

235 is the width of the the surface of tire that will come in contact with the road. 35 is the height of the sidewall (the lower the number, the less tire you have between the wheel and the road). 19 is of course the size of the wheel you will put it on.

A 225 tire is a little thinner (width-wise) than a 235. A 35 series tire has a shorter sidewall than a 40 series tire.

it depends on what tire you purchase as well...the nitto 555 235 series is slightly skinnier then the 225 40 18...there isnt that much of a difference at all....18s with 225/40/18 get dented all the time....yes it does have soemthing to do with how you drive, but most people that purchase 19s are not speed racers that want to go hittin people up on the freeways....the rims are more fo sho and just cruising and normal speeds....pace

Smile My thoughts...

I originally ordered the DazzMatiz and after a month the rim shop called saying that they do make them and fit for our cars but hard to come by, becuase of many mix rumors that they are not being made or discontinued some sh!t like that and I don't want to get into it (Trust me I tried). I of course after shopping around for the last 3 months had 3 wheels in mind. The other's were the BR5's and the Agle Minervas. One look at the Br5's and my face smiled I knew those were it. I oredered them in 19x8 with Falcon tires 235/35's and with a 48 offset so the lip can be nice and wide. I'm not the type to race I have noticed Im more the type to cruise to my destination...Here in Miami the roads are not that bad but after living here for 20 years I have the roads pretty much memorized...

Bottom line size is very personal I'm the type that if I'm going to spend so much green for wheels I need to go with what compliments the car most 19's is the biggest size that you can slap on and still commute safely + I know myself If I would get 18's I would regret it a month later after seeing 19's on another TL(And you know thats going to happen). But getting rims, had having them on every of my cars always with the highest possible size you have to change your driving habits and if your not willing to slow down in every entrance that has a slight tilt, or if your not willing to literally stick your head out when your going to park, if your not willing to swallow inpatient people that don't know what rims are and can't tell the difference between stocks or Lowenharts honking at you becuase your entering, turning, parking carefully and slowly then bottom line go with 18's...

That is my point. I agree with you completely. If you are content with going slow all the time, parlay on the biggest, phatest wheel that can fit under your ride. But, for those of us who lean more toward the performance side of the coin, we are better off with 18's.

BTW, when you gettin' those wheels in? PICS!!!!

From my understanding Lowenharts Br5's make these rims in a diamond cut process. When I bought them it just so happend that they showed me the difference between a regular made rim and a diamond cut rim. Something I guess of being more pricise finish some sh!t like that...

Bro as long as they get here fine is the only true finish I want
