Do i need another alignment???

I had my alignment done two months ago at a local shop. Not sure if it was done correctly but my car does not seem to turn right anymore. I should of got a printout of the alignment test. Well my question is I am thinking of installing Tein S-tech springs today but after the install do i need to do another alignment? Since I've read in the camber sticky thread that alignment is the most important thing after lowering the car.

thanks

Yeah, you have to get an alignment after you lower whether it be on springs or full shocks/struts. Camber kit is also recommended as well.

I think with just springs, his camber will still be within spec.

Sometimes it will sometimes it wont. When I originally did S tech springs I didnt need a camber kit but I know many others that did so it's hit or miss. However if he has plans to do coilovers or go lower in the future he's gonna have to get a camber kit anyway.

strongly recommend getting an alignment once you lower your vehicle. I had an alignment 3 weeks before my install and went back the day after installing my comptech springs and had a large difference in toe and camber/caster. You will need to get your toe back in spec so you dont wear your backs unevenly.

Also I recommend getting a camber kit for the rear these lowering spring kits throw your tires for a spin.

Just my

I plann on putting on 19 inch wheels too so should i wait until i have the wheels on to do the aligment or does that even make a difference? I have stock 2007 on now.

Anytime you change the ride height, toe and camber will change, so alignment is necessary. I usually recommend putting 100-200 miles on the new suspension before alignment to give it time to settle. Quality springs shouldn't sag, but the existing rubber parts in the suspension still have to adapt to the new parts and the car gets a little lower during this period.

Changing wheels won't change any alignment setting, so you don't need to wait after your new wheels arrive.

Usually these Hondas don't need camber kits after mild lowering, but I've seen cases where the rear tires get chewed up badly even with mild negative camber.
