I have searched very hard for a good wheel that possesses that deep dish with the sort of multi spoke design. Does anybody have a good suggestion for this type of look. I try to stay away from chrome tho... to cliche for me. Any particular wheels you can provide or Brands that make this type of wheel? I am craving to put them on my 07 TL-S. Thanks!

BBS LMs? No.

Even their aggressive sizing (rare at that) doesn't accommodate large amounts of lip.

Go with Work wheels, such as the above VS_XX.

AAAAAAAAAAAMEN for that BROTHER!! Just ordered VS-XX 19x9 with a +38 for the front in the A disk (lip 59mm), and 19x9 +36 in the O disk for the rear (lip 72mm), in BURRRRRRRRRRRRRNING BLACK, ahhhhhhhh! Will go with spacers if necessary. The only drag is that they take almost 4 month's to get in. Well, I believe I will practice that saying, "Patience is a Virtue"!!

Your gonna have to order them, unless you can find someone selling a set in the size and offset you want!

Brand new, no wait, and you can have the spokes painted/powdercoated anywhere.

I love the VS-XX!!! but for the price of these reps you cant go wrong all for of these rims for less than one vs-xx... dont get me wrong if i had the extra cash id be all over those works rims they are hawt on the TL!

not a huge lip but still looks mean and the right offsets

still trying to figure out what i want to do with the center caps.. i dont mind rockn reps but i dont like the center caps they copy too much.... i think im just guna cover them in black vinyl this weekend...

Hey murph, you can't go wrong with the set up on your car, look's saaaaaweet! I agree with you 100%, but it's a wheel fetish I've had for a while with the VS-XX! I think the center caps in red look fine to.

this style is called "mesh" rims. SSR and WORK will probably give you the best lip per offset. Try calling AutoFashionUSA.

murph thats sick. pretty much the look im going for with my Black type s. GOT to have the aspec lip kit as well it looks so mean. Even tho the TL if FWD, i think the deeper dish on the back looks sick. How deep is good. like 10 in back and 9 Front? im clueless lol

As with any wheel .. the pix might look different than what your getting especially when it comes to the lip.

Ask them to give a lip measurement on the 8" .

The VS_XX can make such huge lips! It made me a little sad to find out that if I were to get VS-XX instead of the CE's that my rear set up with the +15 offset would've given me roughly a 4" lip.

For sure an 18"x8" rim is no way guna look like the pic they are showing that would most likely be a 9.5" rim representation.... a 8" wide rim I would venture to guess would have a small 1" lip

yes those custom offsets and disk that work offers on the VS-XX are sweet id love to get me a custom set if i had the $ and patience to wait 4 months lol
