Which dampers?

Before I start, yes I have searched but I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for..

I bought my '07 TLs used and I love it..

Problem is I wasn't sure what exact mods were on it... it had a custom exhaust (I just bought ATLP), Injen CAI and some sort of drop.. I found out the drop is H&R Race (2" front 1.7" rear), but I think they are on stock struts. I searched and found that's not a great thing to do so I was searching for a matching set of dampers to go with them. Long story short, I kept hearing about KONI dampers that would go with them. Are the yellows the only ones I should consider or is there something else KONI manufactures? Any other brands that would go well with the H&R race?.. also, where do I purchase them? Thanks for the help!

check it... you can do 1 of 2 things

1. purchase the koni yellows from mr. heeltoe or excelerate $575-$625 is the price tag shipping included

2. Neuspeed Supercup Kit, comes with race springs which you can sell online... kit sells for $600 shipped direct from neuspeed
http://www.neuspeed.com/products/product_details.asp?app=53|AC&type=2&ltype=ns_impo rt&p_id=1935

If you need someone to install let me know

With that aggressive of a drop I would recommend KONI Yellows. They can handle aggressive lowering springs. We have them for $625 shipped ground or $675 shipped overnight.

If you have a more basic drop we have the TOKICO HP's (blues) for only $290 shipped.

How many miles on the shocks AFTER lowering???

For the OP, the Koni yellow come with 3 height adjustment perches. The Koni/Nuespeed version come with 5 perches (pretty sure that's right).

Konis are height and damper adjustable, and Tokico aren't. Depending on what you are looking for and your budget.

you should consider selling eibach pro-kit and getting Neuspeed Supercup kit or selling neuspeed race springs and keeping eibach springs.

So you've had the prokit pretty much the whole time?

Like you, I've put lowering springs (H&R Sport for me) on with stock shocks. Just trying to get an estimate of how many miles the stock shock will last with the aftermarket spring.

TIA.
