Week #2 with my new TL and I just scraped a curb. It was once of those nasty granite ones, too.
Anyone know how much a new OEM rim is? I'll probably just live with it, but it looks nasty.

there are some places that will fix curbed up rims. i know my friend hit a curb and took a 3 inch chunk out of his 18 inch Volks and he got it fix for like 60 dollars. You couldnt even tell he hit a curb or there was a chunk missing.

Contact the area dealerships. Many have people they use for pin striping, detailing, etc. I got three curbed 18s fixed at Acura of Brookfield over the summer, for free.
I have a great relationship with my dealership, so don't expect free repairs from yours, but if you complain about the rim design, which is a known issue, you may be able to get them to do it for free . . .
