Chrome TL Type S Wheels
Wildest thing, was driving to PDX last week and spotted a Type-S with these same chrome waffles and was sure it was custom, though it looked nice!
Anyone have literature on these chrome waffles?

I was thinking about strpping the paint off mine and polishing up the aluminum to either a chrome-ish, or polished aluminum, or a brushed aluminum look. It all depends on how much buffing you do on it.
Either way, it would be a lot of work. Just painting the Waffle wheel is a pain because of all the corners and sides. Each square or triangle has 3 or 4 sides and you gotta rotate around to get it even. Just a pain. This is last on my list. haha cover with some 2k clear. Or go to paint store and get Dupont Chromaclear That stuff is top notch. Everyone else copied dupont.
